1313 a salon is unique in the fact that we have a team of people dedicated to making your experience here the best it can be. Our staff is made up of stylists in every stage of their careers, and whether you prefer the enthusiasm and fashion-forwardness of a newer stylist, or the experience and dedication of a more seasoned veteran, we work as a team to make sure you are satisfied.
From your first contact with our front desk, to the personal consultation with your stylist, to the warm welcome from other staff members, we strive to make you feel like you are in just the right place. All of your records are computerized to make them available to anyone in the salon. Should you need an emergency visit, we share all information between the whole staff, and any stylist can perform your service.
At 1313, we want your visit to reflect how much your business means to us, and we train all of our team in the same manner, so your expectations will always be exceeded.
Our stylists attend regular education, both in-salon and out, and you can be assured they are familiar with the latest techniques and styles. Every stylist is required to have a minimum number of educational hours for their experience level, and would be happy to share their latest training with you.
