Hi. I’m Molly Pullen, and I’m the owner of 1313. I’d like to take a minute to welcome you to our salon, and tell you why we’re different.
1313 a salon opened its doors in April of 2002. We occupy the location of the old Clary Sage salon. This location has been a salon of some sort for over 30 years. The proximity to the Pearl Street Mall, and our onstreet parking make us very accessible, and easy to find.
I decided to create a salon, when after 12 years in the business, I was having trouble finding a place to nurture my creativity, and also allow flexibility for the other areas of my life. I wanted to work with exceptional people, who were professionals above all else, and were as passionate about their craft as I was.
Without the support of my wonderful husband Don, and my closest friend Shannon, we would not be here. But we still are, and I’m proud to say, so are Shannon and Don. We have an incredible team of some of the most talented and wonderful hairdressers you will ever meet. We have personalities and skills that cover a huge spectrum, but we can take care of whatever your hair needs might be. We are a family, a team of people who care about taking the time to know you and discovering everything you may not think to say about your hair. If you put your faith in us, we will do everything we can to exceed your expectations.
Our staff has grown since we opened from 4 stylists to 13, but everyone’s first priority is you, our guest. If you have any questions, we have the most wonderful salon coordinator in Georganna Russell, and our stellar front desk staff of Kate and Alexandria. Any one of them can answer your questions, and they can help steer you to the stylist who will best suit your needs.
